This workshop guides students through a poetic meditation, where they move freely in a garden and imagine a character, a setting, and a story.

🎯 Objective: Stimulate imagination, the senses, and creative expression through play and guided visualization.
👧🏽 Suggested age: 5 to 8 years.
Duration: 45 minutes.
📦 Materials: The story and narrative script.

🟡 Interactive Introduction

👂 Preparation: Invite the children to sit comfortably, close their eyes, and take deep breaths to prepare their minds for a magical experience.
🎶 Atmosphere: Play soft background music (nature sounds, birds, flowing water) to create an enchanted mood.
🤸 Movement and sensations: Encourage gentle movement while listening: walking, touching imaginary leaves, smelling flowers.
